Competition for Israel's airspace

Israel's drawn-out attempts to open up its skies to foreign competition have caused bitter rows and industrial action.

Tourist authorities love the idea because they expect hundreds of thousands more holidaymakers to jet into Israel on cheap flights.

But not everyone is so enthusiastic, as Jeremy Howell reports from Tel Aviv.
