China's changing economy in 60 seconds

China's new leadership holds its grand plenary meeting, or plenum, this weekend to set the course for the wealth of the nation for the next five to ten years.

In 1978 and 1993, these meetings took place shortly after a major change of leadership, and heralded the biggest shift in China's economic policy for a generation.
