Majestic ruling the waves of international trade

The world's largest cargo ship, Maersk's Majestic, is a quarter of a mile long and has the capacity to transport 18,000 20-foot containers.

The ultra-large container vessel is only able to dock at a handful of the world's ports.

But the ship itself tells an economic story - it arrives weighted down with goods from Asia to the UK and Europe, and leaves a lot lighter.

Andrew Verity reports for BBC Newsnight on the symbol of the world's trade imbalance.
