Mobile phone roaming costs fall in EU

The cost of using a mobile phone in another European Union country has been reduced.

New EU limits have lowered the amount mobile phone providers can charge for making or receiving calls abroad, or accessing the internet.

Analyst Luca Schiavoni from the consultancy firm Ovum told BBC News that costs would be further reduced in 2014.
