HMRC's Jim Harra: Tackling tax avoidance 'a priority'
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has said more needs to be done to address the problem of multinational companies shifting profits into tax havens.

Mr Harra said David Cameron would use Britain's presidency of the G8 in 2013 to have the international tax rules reviewed.
