Is new careers advice system working?

Back in September, the government made some big changes to careers services in England. Responsibility was taken away from local authorities and handed to schools themselves. But MPs on the Education Select Committee say the changes are not going very well.

The BBC's education correspondent Luke Walton has been talking to staff and pupils at a school in Kent.
