China buying '70% of our coal', says Continental Coal

Coal is one of the fastest-growing sources of energy in the world. Production was up 6% last year, twice the rate of increase in gas use and more than four times that of oil.

Demand from markets like China is driving up revenues for coal firms. Asia Business Report's Rico Hizon asked Jason Brewer, executive director at South Africa-based Continental Coal, how important Asian markets now are.
