Lynas: Court to rule on Malaysia rare earth plant

A Malaysian court is set to rule on a controversial rare earth plant following multiple delays.

The facility is the largest outside China and will refine the metals, which are essential to high technology devices from mobile phones to flat screen TVs.

But the project is facing fierce opposition from environmental activists.
