Software giant SAP: 'We want to build, rather than buy'

It's been a busy time for investors in social media, with some frenzied buying in recent months. paid $689m (£436m) for Buddy Media, and Oracle bought Collective Intellect for an undisclosed sum.

But German software giant SAP has yet to follow suit. To find out why, and what the company's prospects are in Asia, Asia Business Report talked to Steve Watts, president for SAP Asia Pacific Japan.
