US-India hold talks as business climate worsens in Delhi

The US and India are set to kick off high-level economic talks in Washington later on Wednesday.

The annual dialogue comes after the US exempted India from sanctions over the country's purchases of Iranian oil.

However, concerns remain over the worsening business climate for foreign investors in India.
