Lagarde: IMF prepared for Greece eurozone exit
The possibility of Greece leaving the eurozone is now a widely talked about subject in Europe.
If the country does pull out of the single currency, the European Central Bank could be exposed to hundreds of billions of euros in losses.
Large-scale intervention would probably be necessary to stabilise the system.
The head of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde said that while a Greek withdrawals was not ideal, the IMF was "technically prepared for anything".
