UN conference aims to add happiness to other economic indicators

Can a country's happiness really be measured? The tiny kingdom of Bhutan thinks so.

The country's Prime Minister, Jigme Y. Thinley, is to host a special UN summit in New York. On the agenda is how to create an economic system that takes into account happiness.
