Insurance issues continuing three months after riots

Many of those affected by this summer's riots in England have yet to receive payouts from their insurers and the police because of policy loopholes.

Insurance companies have defended their role in the rebuilding of damaged homes and businesses, but as time goes on the number of failed claims and disputes is rising.
