Cautious optimism in the European markets

European markets reacted positively this Monday on expectations that a deal will finally be done to resolve the debt crisis in the region.

But, there are some on-going worries about whether the money proposed is enough, and even where that money might come from.

Meanwhile there is some good news from Japan - exports have risen by 2.4%.
