Hunt: Sky news will remain 'impartial'

Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation has moved a step closer to taking full control of BSkyB, after the government provisionally accepted plans to spin off Sky News as a separate company.

They include making sure an independent director attends Sky News board meetings.
