Increase in fuel duty and VAT hit hauliers hard

The rise in VAT and fuel duty have both come into force in the last week, leaving transport companies and drivers concerned. Some petrol stations are charging £1.30 per litre of petrol.

The BBC's Lorna Gordon spoke to lorry drivers in Wigan about the impact the changes are having on them.
