Irish Republic to get bail-out loan, says central bank
The Governor of Ireland's Central Bank says he expects a "very substantial loan" to help plug the country's budget deficit.
Patrick Honohan said the amount could add up to "tens of billions" of euros.
A team from the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank is in Dublin for talks with an Irish government which has so far denied that it has asked for any financial help.
