'I wasn't getting any help from the banks'

Banks have been named and shamed in a report which lists the number of complaints they each receive. Lloyds Banking Group tops the list - but it does have the largest number of customers. The Financial Services Authority, which is publishing the figures, wants the rules on the handling of complaints to be tightened up.

Bedia Cetin complained to Lloyds and Santander after the banks mishandled the transfer of her life savings from one bank to the other. She told the BBC she found the complaints procedure frustrating.
