Domestic abuse: Judge would welcome NI law change

A judge in Northern Ireland has said he would welcome domestic abuse law to be extended to NI to protect victims from psychological abuse.

District Judge Barney McElholm has told the BBC's The View that "if right law is enacted and the prosecution, police and courts are given the right tools, then we can more effectively combat domestic abuse".
