Moscow confirms Bulgaria South Stream 'cancelled'

The European Union said it is seeking clarification on an announcement made by President Putin, that the multi-billion dollar gas pipeline project, South Stream, has been cancelled.

Many Bulgarians are unhappy with President Putin's unilateral announcement - some questioning whether there is another agenda underlying the issue.

Chris Morris explains more.
