Manhattan marathon swimmer recalls record experience

The British woman who became the first person to swim around the island of Manhattan using only the butterfly stroke is back in training for her next record attempt.

Julie Bradshaw completed the 28.5-mile (46km) course using "the hardest stroke in the book" in just under nine and a half hours on 16 July.

She told the BBC she had a day's rest after the New York swim, but was then straight back in the water to start preparing for her attempt to swim the Humber.
