Teenager seriously injured in stabbing in Manor House

A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured when he was stabbed in north London.

The boy was attacked by a group of up to five people at the junction of Seven Sisters Road and Woodberry Grove at about 2130 BST on Sunday.

He was stabbed in the stomach and ankle and suffered head injuries. Police said his injuries were not life threatening.

In another incident a man, 21, was stabbed in the stomach in Leyton High Road, east London, at about 0245 BST on Monday.

Police said the man, who was attacked near the junction with Hainault Road, is in hospital in a life threatening condition.

Meanwhile officers are continuing to look for the killers of 15-year-old Zac Olumegbon who died on Friday after being attacked by a gang in West Norwood, outside the gates of Park Campus School.

Four of the seven teenage boys arrested over the attack remain in police custody.
