Unidentified man killed in early-morning crash

Police are trying to identify a young man killed when a car overturned in east London early on Sunday.

The vehicle crashed through a hedge and ended up in a front garden in Stratton Road in Harold Hill.

A passenger, who is believed to be in his late teens or early 20s, died. Police say they have not been able to identify him.

Another young man is being sought by police after he ran off. He may have a head injury, police believe.
