Sir Hugh Orde warns cuts will affect police numbers

Sir Hugh Orde has told the Association of Chief Police Officers that current police numbers are not "sustainable" in the face of budget cuts.

He said that changes would have to be made because "salami slicing, which we have done before, will not deliver the level of cuts we anticipate."
