Girl, three, airlifted to hospital after Horsell crash

A three-year-old girl has been airlifted to hospital with severe facial injuries after a car crash in Horsell.

Surrey Police said the child was a passenger in a Honda car which was in collision with an Audi on Monday.

The girl was taken to St George's Hospital in Tooting, south London, and two other passengers in the Honda were taken to St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey.

The driver and a passenger in the Audi were uninjured.

Police closed Lockfield Drive in both directions while emergency teams dealt with the incident at the junction with Well Lane.
