Three men in hospital after stabbing in Nottingham

Two men have been stabbed and a third suffered serious head injuries in an attack in Nottingham, police said.

Police were called to Gregory Boulevard close to Thornley Street after reports of a disturbance at 0820 BST on Saturday.

All three injured men were taken to Queen's Medical Centre where one is in critical condition.

Two men, aged 29 and 31, were arrested in connection with the incident.

Gregory Boulevard was closed between Alfreton Road and Birkin Avenue while an investigation took place.
