Russian president's US trip boosts business ambitions

Russian business ambitions are taking several steps forward with President Dmitry Medvedev's first visit to the US.

After a visit to Silicon Valley, where he has secured a $1bn deal with networking firm Cisco Systems, he will meet President Obama to discuss Russia's accession to the World Trade Organisation.
