'I built a nuclear fusion reactor in New York City'

Mark Suppes is an amateur nuclear physicist who has created a homemade nuclear fusion reactor in Brooklyn, New York.

He is part of a growing community of "fusioneers" - amateur science junkies who are building such reactors for fun, and with an eye to helping solve the world's energy crisis.

The BBC's Matthew Danzico went to meet him.
