Public health event hosted by Wolves

A Premier League football club has hosted a public screening event to help identify life-threatening heart problems in young people.

Wolverhampton Wanderers staged the initiative for 14 to 35-year-olds in partnership with charity Cardiac Risk in the Young.

The event was supported by the families of three teenagers who died from heart conditions they did not know they had.

Wolves said all players at the club are given regular health checks.
