Sales up as Three Counties Show starts at Malvern

Published

The Three Counties Show has started in Worcestershire with organisers claiming a 32% rise in advance ticket sales for the agricultural event.

Last year 95,000 people attended the event at the Malvern Showground.

There is also a record number of livestock - 3,386 - entered at the show this year which is almost 500 more than in 2009.

Livestock returned to the show in 2003 after a two-year absence due to the foot and mouth outbreak.
