Lancashire Police discover cannabis at victim's home

Police in Lancashire investigating a house burglary have discovered a cannabis farm at the victim's home.

About 500 cannabis plants were found at the house on Persia Street, Accrington, by officers answering a call about an intruder.

The plants, worth £200,000, were found on Wednesday in two bedrooms and a loft.

A boy, 16, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and a man, 32, was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.
