New homeless facility to open in Thetford

A £1.3m hostel for single homeless people across Breckland, Norfolk, is set to reopen in the next few weeks.

The original John Room House in Thetford has been refurbished and a new housing block built alongside.

It will offer accommodation to vulnerable people aged between 18 and 70 who are homeless.

The project has been funded by Breckland Council, which owns the buildings, and St Johns Housing Trust will manage the facility.
