Suffolk child abduction attempt 'innocent incident'

An incident in which a toddler at a wedding in Suffolk was led away by a teenage girl was not an attempted abduction, police have said.

The girl, aged two, was outside St Peters Church, Lowestoft, on Saturday when relatives saw her walking away with a teenage girl holding her hand.

The teenager let go and got into a black car waiting near the church gate.

Police said the teenager had been traced and it was "a completely innocent incident".
