A total of five men have now been arrested in connection with a shooting in Reading which left a man with injuries to one arm and both legs.

Officers were called to Grange Avenue late on 6 June. The 25-year-old is recovering in hospital.

A fifth man, 31, was arrested earlier on suspicion of attempted murder.

A 25-year-old from Tilehurst, a 27-year-old from Coley, a 32-year-old from Whitley and a 25-year-old from the Oxford Road area have all been bailed.
