Bristol man rescued after having seizure on roof


A man was rescued by firefighters after having a seizure while working on the roof of his garage in Bristol.

Crews used a rescue platform to reach the man which enabled paramedics to help him on to a stretcher before lowering him to the ground.

The incident happened in Elberton Road, Sea Mills, on Saturday afternoon.

The man, who was aged in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment where he is understood to be recovering.
