Man in fatal A10 collision in Hertfordshire named


A pedestrian who died in a crash on the A10 in Hertfordshire has been named as 20-year-old from London.

Ricky Burlton, of Perry Mead, Enfield, died in an incident on the southbound carriageway between the Hailey interchange and Hoddesdon early on Friday.

His family described him as a "truly special person in his prime" who liked to help people.

Witnesses to the crash at 0230 BST are asked to contact police.
