Seven arrests follow Surrey Police raids

Seven people have been arrested after early morning police raids in Surrey, Sussex and London.

More than 200 officers from Surrey Police carried out the raids and seized £100,000 in cash, 70 fraudulently-obtained credit cards, 20 forged driving licences and 30 passports.

High-value cars including an Audi RS4 and a Porsche Cayenne were also seized.

The raids followed a 12-month inquiry by the force's economic crime department's money-laundering team.

Six men in their 30s and one woman in her 40s are being held in custody at Woking police station.
