Northamptonshire factory calls out armed police

Staff at a factory in Northamptonshire called out armed police when they wrongly thought someone was shooting at them.

Police received the call from the Weetabix factory at Burton Latimer, Kettering, on Saturday afternoon.

Staff heard a gun being fired and thought the building was being attacked.

When armed police arrived they discovered a man hunting nearby after being given permission by a landowner.
