Seventh arrest and extra time in Norwich murder probe


A seventh man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a young male in Norfolk.

The victim was found seriously injured at an address in Old Palace Road in Norwich on Thursday morning, and died shortly afterwards.

Six men were later arrested, two have been released on bail and police have been granted extra time to question the other four.

A seventh man has been arrested and is being questioned.

A post-mortem examination showed the victim died from a stab wound.

Police said formal identification has not yet taken place.

A spokesman said "reassurance patrols" will continue in the area over the weekend.
