Parents have been warned to be vigilant after four children aged under five went missing in one day on Norfolk and Suffolk beaches.

A three-year-old boy was found safe and well by his brother after an extensive search in Brancaster on Wednesday.

In Lowestoft, a two-year-old was brought to lifeguards and collected by their parents.

Yarmouth Coastguard said parents needed to pay special attention to their children when on a beach.

Lifeboat crews, an RAF helicopter and police had searched for the boy in Brancaster, who was discovered after just over an hour.
