Horses help those with disabilities in Nottinghamshire


People with disabilities in Nottinghamshire are learning horse riding and stable management.

Nottinghamshire County Council has organised a 12-week course at a riding stables in Keyworth.

The pupils' travel to and from the riding centre has been funded by a local charity.

A county council spokeswoman said people on the course had significantly grown in confidence through learning skills and meeting new people.
