One dead and three hurt in A449 Ross-on-Wye crash


A 20-year-old woman has died and three others were injured when two cars collided on the A449 in Herefordshire.

Paramedics were called to the junction of the A449 and the B4224 in Ross-on-Wye at about 1150 BST on Saturday.

The woman who died was airlifted to hospital with multiple injuries after her car collided with a car carrying a man, woman and teenager.

The occupants of the other car suffered multiple minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
