A public inquiry into plans for an £8m regeneration plan in Goole in the East Riding of Yorkshire has concluded.
Just one property on Richard Cooper Street remains in private ownership after the council pursued compulsory purchase orders on the rest.
The council wants to demolish the houses along with those on Phoenix Street in order to redevelop the area.
It must now wait about six weeks for the government's decision on the inquiry's findings.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council said it now owned 116 properties on the two streets.
