Print firm enters administration

A long-established printing business has gone into administration, putting 71 jobs at risk.

Woods of Perth ran into financial difficulties because of the economic downturn hitting orders, with high overhead costs in its custom-built printing presses.

Administrators at PricewaterhouseCoopers are now seeking a buyer for the 180-year old business.

They warned that some redundancies will have to be made.
