Police have appealed for help in tracing a sex offender who has gone missing from his Middlesbrough home.

Anthony Keilty was given a community rehabilitation order and placed on the sex offenders register in November 2001 for committing gross indecency.

The 42-year-old was last seen in the town on 11 May, and has breached his Sexual Offences Prevention Order by failing to register his address.

He has links to Blackpool and London, said Cleveland Police.

Keilty is white, 5ft 7in tall, of medium build and speaks with a northern accent.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact police.
