Larkin orders inquest into Bradley death

The newly appointed Attorney General John Larkin has ordered a fresh inquest into the case of Francis Bradley.

The 20-year-old was shot dead in disputed circumstances by the SAS near Toomebridge in February 1986.

He was shot eight times.

At the original inquest in Magherafelt in 1987 the two men who fired the fatal shots were not obliged to give evidence.
