A 40-year-old man is being questioned by police after a 15-year-old girl was attacked in a recreation ground in Kent as she made her way to school.
The man, from Gravesend, was arrested on suspicion of attempted abduction on Thursday and is being held at North Kent police station.
The girl was grabbed in The Warren, Valley Drive, Gravesend, on Tuesday.
The man tried to force her into nearby bushes but she managed to break free and run home.
Police issued warnings to pupils at 10 schools in the area to be extra vigilant following the incident.
