BBC Pension Investment Limited Disclosure Statement
BBC Pension Investment Limited (“BBCPIL”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BBC Pension Trust Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom (FRN: 75151) as an occupational pension scheme (“OPS”) firm. BBCPIL has been appointed to provide specified investment advisory and management services to the Trustee in relation to the BBC Pension Scheme. It is required to publish for each class of financial instruments the top five execution venues where client orders were executed in the preceding year and information on the quality of execution obtained.
