Songs that got you to the final:
Skyfall by Adele and Alone by Heart

Why did you choose that song?

I chose Skyfall because it is a great epic song, a modern ballad, and I think Adele is great.

How did it feel backstage before you performed?

I was really happy to be there. I loved it. The nerves kicked in later, when it was going to go out on TV, that’s when it became real.

What was the atmosphere like when you walked out in front of The 100?

I didn’t know what to expect. But then I saw them, and they all looked shiny and happy. And I saw Divina, who is fantastic, and I thought: "These are my kind of people."

Did you have to go through to the sing-off, how did that feel?

I felt really good. I wanted to sing my sing-off song. It had big notes I could get into. I was excited and wanted to get my teeth into it. I thought I could really go for it.

Were you more nervous when it came to the final?

Not really, it came quickly at the end of the week. I loved having all the hair and make-up done, and we were really well looked after. I loved it, I had the time of my life.

Did you get to know your fellow finalists?

Yes. Everyone got on really well. They were all brilliant.

Best memory from taking part in the show.

Being looked after, and all the make-up and hair! Plus all the friends I made.

What is your favourite all time song and/or artist?

I love all the big stars, from Celine Dion, through to Lady Gaga and Tina Turner.

How did you find being on the show with Rob and Geri?

They were great. Geri was lovely, and really down to earth, and Rob was just so funny - he is a sensational comedian.
