The Triple threat is coming to BBC Three in summer 2016

In 2015 #HoodDocumentary - an online comedy series following the exploits of triple threat R.S. (Roll Safe, or Reece Simpson to his mum and dad) - exploded on YouTube.

In this new 6x5 series, from Fudge Park, directed by Tyrell Williams and starring Kayode Ewumi (Are You Being Served re-boot), BBC Three follows R.S. as he continues his feud with music producer LJ, woos his unrequited love Rachel and tries in vain to convince the job centre he’s been offered James Bond.

Phil Gilbert, producer, says: "We're incredibly excited to bring Roll Safe to BBC Three and to help the hugely talented Kayode Ewumi and Tyrell Williams bring some more of the comedy magic that has already entertained millions."

Damian Kavanagh, Controller, BBC Three, says: "Young talent like RS need a place to express themselves.”

#HoodDocumentary will be available from BBC Three in Summer 2016.

#HoodDocumentary was commissioned by Damian Kavanagh, Controller, BBC Three and Tilusha Ghelani, BBC Comedy. Production Company: Fudge Park. Producer: Phil Gilbert; Exec Producer: Simon Wilson. Written by Kayode Ewumi and Tyrell Williams.
